LiRo is currently providing management and coordination of emergency construction responses to the needs of the NYCSCA, NYCHHC (Emergency COVID Test Sites and Lab) and the DOE. This program calls for the coordination and management of various new construction, restorations and rehabilitations to expeditiously address urgently needed improvements and potentially hazardous conditions encountered at schools throughout the five boroughs. Projects under this program include new Universal Pre-K Centers, emergency restorations, athletic field and playground renovations, kitchen renovations, and electrical upgrades. LiRo continued to successfully deliver projects in a highly expedited, date certain manner, without impact to school operations, on or under budget, and on time for school openings.($117.5M).• Delegate tasks and manage multiple different projects simultaneously including pricing, invoicing, meeting minutes •Create long-and short-term plans; setting targets for milestones and adhering deadlines•Communicate and coordinate with owner due dates for utility services relative to start up of equipment.(Commissioning) •Completed contracts to subcontractor/vendor and ensure that signed contract is received prior to any major work activities taking place.
