My mission is to develop Amaris national and international business within the Engineering Industry.Starting from the Company\'s vision, I set up the strategy driving Engineering Operations, which are implemented through the following activities:• C-level meetings with multinational companies\' CEOs and other Senior Executives, for identification of medium-long term common interests and goals, which can lead to partnerships or business collaborations.• Opening of discussion tables at an intermediate executive level, whose outcome is client’s short time needs in line with Amaris Engineering offer and the chosen way to serve them, through Engineering Services, National or international Skill Center, Service Center or Fixed-Price solutions.• Involvement of Amaris’ senior and Intermediate management in case of standard engineering services, or Amaris Delivery Area for the Skill Center, Service Center or Fixed-Price offering• Periodic follow-on with client’s C-level for monitoring the status of our ongoing collaboration and also the alignment of our strategies.• Support to recruitment and management force on the identification of key-profiles for the technical and programmatic needs of the most strategic clients.An important part of my role is to interact with our bid marketing and bid management corporate teams and with Amaris directors of different countries to identify synergies, i.e: near-shore and off-shore operations to take advantage of our international competence centers and of the skill/service center capabilities.
