I have over 30 years of experience working in various pharmaceutical companies of different sizes, from family-run enterprises to large pharmaceutical companies. This experience has provided me with a wide range of knowledge in various fields, including production, packaging, QA, QC and QP, as well as experience with different pharmaceutical forms. This extensive expertise allows me to support pharmaceutical companies in their growth and development.I have a deep knowledge of QMS built up in more than 20 years\' experience as Quality Manager (QA, QC, Quality Unit Director and QP) that can make me a valuable resource in case of company QMS to be built up or revised, or for any other activity related to QMS or Documentation.My experience in GMP auditing as a lead auditor and my participation in several Health Authorities inspections (e.g. FDA, AIFA, SwissMedic, Russian Auth, PMDA, Anvisa) has equipped me with the skills to assist pharmaceutical companies in developing inspection readiness plans and preparing for authority inspections.I have over 20 years of management experience, including leading teams and directing projects. I have honed my skills in areas such as people management, teamwork, negotiation and problem-solving. I can provide companies with a comprehensive evaluation of their organizational structures and suggest improvements to their processes.
