Build a strategic and comprehensive privacy program that defines, develops, maintains and implements policies and processes to enable consistent, effective privacy practices that minimize risk and ensure the confidentiality of personal information (PI). Work with senior management, Info/Cybersecurity, Risk, Compliance and Legal to establish governance for the privacy program and ensures privacy forms, policies, standards, and procedures are up-to-date. Establish an ongoing process to track, investigate and report privacy incidents, data breaches, and complaints, as well as any type of inappropriate or unauthorized access and disclosure of personal information. Conduct related ongoing monitoring and testing activities in coordination with the organization\'s other compliance and operational functions. Perform Privacy Impact Assessments, Due Diligence Reviews and Gap Assessments to document and drive risk mitigation, controls implementation and execution. Takes a lead role, to ensure the organization has and maintains appropriate privacy and confidentiality consents, authorization forms and privacy notices and materials reflecting current organization and legal practices and requirements. Serves as a Privacy Subject Matter Expert by promoting, encouraging and rewarding a corporate culture that drives Privacy by Design, Data Minimization, Privacy Incident Response, and Access Controls, among other principles. Initiate, oversee, develop, facilitate and promote activities, training and communications to foster privacy awareness within the organization and related entities.
