As a member of the Mortgage Sales Force for TD Canada Trust, My role as a Mortgage Solution Specialist is to bring mortgages to TD and provide a optimul service to my clients. Day to day operations are: • Establish and maintain relationships with realtors, builder groups, financial advisors and insurers. Develop reciprocal business associations with top C.O.I.s in the real-estate industry.• Act as Liaison between the client and TD through RESL transaction and beyond.• Represent and support underwriting standards and TD risk management practices. Interpret and apply policy ethically.• Prepare files for underwriting, follow up with clients; manage value-chain from sale to funding.• Offer highest level of customer service, in-line with TD Vision.• Assist my Sales Manager with recruiting, coaching, orientation and training of new representatives.• Represent TD within the community
