Responsible for oversight and management of the company, as well as day-to-day business operations. Led the effort to raise $100.8 million of private equity capital in October 2010.Led development of and proved success in a frontier exploratory gas shale play.Company leased almost acres, drilled over 48 wells, and completed construction of a 14 mile natural gas pipeline and almost 40 miles of gas gathering systems. Most recent independent reserve report indicated proved reserves of 60 billion cubic feet of gas based on the 48 drilled wells.Led the negotiations and processes for acquisitions and asset sales.Negotiated gas sales contracts, completed all of the contracts for gas transportation and gas gathering, and negotiated equipment leases for compression and gas treating equipment.Directly responsible for negotiating the company’s bank credit facility.
