PROJECT: FAA En Route and Enterprise Facilities Sustainment Program- Created project level cost estimates from class 5 to class 1 at various project development stages to assist the FAA program office with budgeting and programming decisions- Analyzed third-party and contractor proposals/pricing models and compared them with Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs) to confirm the proposed pricing aligns with the documented project requirements- Provided program support for facility condition assessment and long-term capital expenditure planning to maintain facilities with minimal impact to the mission- Reviewed current design and third-party cost estimates for any missing or unclearly defined scope and provided guidance to design team to ensure adherence to project budget- Developed standardized IGCE formats to align with industry standards and FAA guidelines to allow for clear cost comparisons across the program- Identifies risks and risk mitigation strategies for documentation in risk registers for further decision and action by FAA program office leadership- Provided analysis on overall program planned projects in summary format for leadership review and planning.
