ABOUT ROBERT MORTON

I’ve spent most of my career helping organisations deliver transformations that stick. What motivates me isn’t just the technology or the processes, it’s the people. Change only works when teams feel supported, informed, and confident. That’s why I put as much energy into clear communication and building trust as I do into delivery plans.Over the years, I’ve led teams across government, NHS, and education. I’ve helped launch digital services, shape strategy, and redesign operating models. Some highlights for me include: • shaping how police and border staff have faster, safer access to reciprocal data at point of need • Supporting staff through the rollout of a new ERP system • Designing an accessible grant management platform that cut paperwork and saved huge amounts of admin time, designed around user needs • Creating a single digital front door for Scottish public sector teams to request supportI’m Prosci-certified in change management and trained in agile delivery.
