At Home Instead Doncaster we are committed to providing the highest level of care to older adults in Doncaster and the surrounding areas. Our aim is to provide the best quality care, ensuring that loved ones can be cared for within the comfort of their own homes. We are striving to change the face of ageing. I am lucky enough to have all my grandparents still alive and they are a key motivator for me in providing good care and ensuring that the level of care I would expect for them is given to our clients.We specialise in non-medical care for older people. This can include anything from companionship, accompanying clients to social engagements, home help, meal preparation, and personal care to specialised services for people with dementia and their families.We set ourselves apart in the market through our belief that good care cannot be provided in less than hour and that care should be relationship based and not task driven. To us it’s absolutely critical that the people we care for receive a high quality service that is tailored to them. That’s why we carefully match Care Professionals to clients and ensure that the same person visits every time, at a time that suits our clients. The relationship between the Care Professional and the people we care for is absolutely vital in ensuring the quality of service and maintaining consistency and reliability. It is this relationship based approach that makes our service a truly personal one and allows Home Instead Doncaster to help senior people maintain an independent lifestyle in their own homes.
