1. Senior Full Stack Software Engineer - Fully Remote

   Arcadia

   Feb 2021 — Present

   Function in a full stack development role capacity to deliver the Patient Chart SPA application as a primary component of an overall population health solution.• Develop front-end web components based on Custom Elements/Shadow DOM using StencilJS, TypeScript, and Sass to be implemented as dependencies across multiple Arcadia product offerings.• Refactor Patient Chart styling to leverage Sass features and improve cohesion with StencilJS-based design system palette/typography; fully implement dark/light themeable interface for all components, as well as client specific theming.• Create/maintain NestJS based GraphQL API layer using TypeScript to service Patient Chart front-end via Apollo Client and provide access to AWS services such as DynamoDB/S3/Lambda.• Integrate Jest based StencilJS/GraphQL unit testing into NX monorepo; assist team in becoming familiar with effective, results-based unit testing strategies that are not code coverage focuse• Implement automatic linting (ESLint) and formatting (Prettier) via Husky, Lint-Staged, and Git hooks to help standardize code formatting and streamline pull request/code review process.• Independently rewrite Patient Chart as part of company-wide software stack consolidation initiative using TypeScript, React/Hooks, Reach Hook Form, MUI, Sass, CSS Modules, Jest, and React Testing Library as a deployable package via NX monorepo library.
