Provide construction management for Chicago Housing Authority, multiple locations for rebrands of retail bank branches, remove and replace entire exterior skin for large corporate office building, ground up s.f. commercial office building on 4 floors, construct 2 new elementary schools and gut, rehab and add on to another, Upgrade and add on to a 9 building elementary/middle school program, including new early childhood center. Gut and rehab a 110 year old Architectural Landmark building and upgrade to an operating casino in 7 months.
