Promoted from Content Manager to Marketing Manager, expanding my role to several more strategic areas, in addition to maintaining content duties. • Queried database and built an excel model to inform our Platform Advantage Report, quantifying the benefits of switching to RocketRez including cost savings and additional revenue expectations. • Created an internal competitive intelligence package to inform product strategy and sales enablement materials. • Workshopped with external consultants and internal stakeholders to produce positioning and messaging document, including messaging packages for four customer verticals and copywriting descriptions of over 70 platform features. • Took over strategy, planning, and execution of Requests for Proposal for our large customer prospects. • Wrote 55-page tradeshow booklet, including writeups and customer case studies illuminating our core feature sets and differentiated value. • Wrote multiple demo presentations and keynote speeches for other RocketRez employees to give at trade shows and industry events, to boost our thought leadership in the reservation-tech community. • In my first year at RocketRez, in cooperation with the entire growth team, we roughly doubled the qualified pipeline and New ARR.
