It\'s projected that by 2025, the world will generate 175 zettabytes (175 trillion gigabytes) of data annually, coinciding with a more frequent and increasingly advanced cyber threat. Cybercrime will cost the global economy $10.5 trillion in 2025. If cybercrime was a country, it would be the world’s third-largest economy! Organizations need real solutions to face future IT challenges and I am determined to be a solution.Since childhood, computer technology and business have been the driving forces in my life. Today my passion has focused on data security, IT infrastructure, and cloud. I most recently graduated from CCSU with a bachelor\'s degree in Networking Information Technology. Currently I\'m pursuing my Master\'s in Cybersecurity from the University of South Florida. I have obtained my AWS Solutions Architect Associate (CSAA), GIAC Certified Enterprise Defender (GCED), CompTIA Security+ and A+ certifications. I am presently studying for my AWS Certified Developer Associate and Security Specialty certifications.With my networking and economics degrees I am uniquely positioned to understand cost-benefit analysis, resource allocation, and how businesses function. As a perpetual inventory associate in a low-margin industry, I know the importance of the bottom line. As an IT consultant I work within defined constraints to solve problems and provide the best value for the customer.I am seeking opportunities to apply my passion for and expanding knowledge of IT, more specifically in cybersecurity and cloud. I crave the team-oriented, hands-on, applicable experience that will mold me into a valued infrastructure and security engineer as I pursue advanced certification.
