I am currently Principal at Lifted Digital Media, who leads a talented team of Designers and Developers in the Digital Marketing space, executing on high end Website and Branding platforms for our clients. Opposed to micromanagement, I choose a more influential, visionary, and agile approach, with trust and recognition fuelling the motivational engine. In my 13+ years working in this sector, I have achieved many goals, consistently improving on my overall business skillset, and training/mentoring Designers, Developers, and Project Managers to achieve the same. What\'s the goal? Produce premium work, ahead of the allotted timeline, and under the proposed budget. Under promise and over deliver are words I live by. BUT BEYOND THAT….I’m an avid Photographer/Videographer, Power Sports enthusiast, and Puppy papa. You can also find me in the kitchen making the magic happen as if it was a Masterchef Finale. Annual fundraisers for the ALS Association of BC are a priority of mine, as well as continued education through podcasts and audio books during my Sea to Sky commute from Squamish to Vancouver.
