Plan, manage and conduct all employer outreach efforts as well as career, job search and entrepreneurial counseling for students and alumni. Conduct in-person workshops as well as webinars for distance learners nationwide and worldwide. Oversee the clinical internship program. Support the Enrollment Management, Alumni Relations and Advancement Departments.• Conceptualized, planned and implemented the university’s first career fair, with 30 employers and approximately 150 students participating on campus and online.• Host semiannual virtual career fairs on Zoom that give employers the choice of three virtual formats: open house format, prescheduled 1:1 interviews, or information sessions.• Established relationships with a wide range of employers including USDA Food and Nutrition Services, CareFirst Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Pharmaca, Howard County General Hospital, Gaia Herbs, the State of Maryland, Calm, Ginger, Wellory, wellness centers, private medical practices, herbal apothecaries and the professional associations in these fields.• Initiated an Experiential Learning Committee for the faculty supervisors in each major to share experiences and to develop opportunities for each other, and for the university.• Recorded and uploaded career informational videos onto the Canvas Learning Management System.• Created Alumni Career Panel events to foster mentoring relationships among students and alumni.• Created and host monthly Community Career Roundtable events featuring a wide variety of guest speakers.
