I bring 20+ years of Special Operations knowledge and experience to the drone world. I built and managed a drone program for Naval Special Warfare. Always looking to the next ridgeline, I saw the importance of Unmanned Aerial Systems (drones) for my community. Conducted detailed product analysis to develop a family of systems that would benefit the Special Operations Forces (SOF) community and keep us on the leading edge.By devoting countless hours of off time, I became the first Master Trainer for quad-copters in the SOF community. Developed curriculum and conducting detailed risk analysis to successfully train almost 300 SOF operators to expertly utilize drones to give them a tactical edge up during complex operations. Over 300 hours of flight time as a drone pilot in both fixed and multi-rotor platforms. With over 20 years in the Naval Special Warfare community, I bring innovative solutions to complex problems using my acute attention to detail, outside the box thinking, and detailed risk analysis. As a devoted team player I will put the team’s needs before my own to ensure its success. Company success is truly a team effort. Proven problem solver, calm under pressure, and devoted servant leader. I enjoy teaching, coaching, and mentoring my teammates toward achieving a common goal. Being able to revise and redesign processes and programs, and grasp opportunities to make things better is a strength I can bring to a company. With decades of experience collaborating with highest levels of U.S and Foreign Governments, Department of Defense, Foreign Special Operations and the private sector, I am able to mold to any environment easily. Proven expert in program management, teaching, drone operations, airspace coordination, executive communications, technical and physical surveillance, and intelligence operations.
