In my time at Gorton\'s, I\'ve worked collaboratively with all functions of the company to drive process improvements to various systems, with a focus on our production and operations environments. I enjoy the challenge of improving operational efficiencies, leveraging new tools, like AI, to help boost productivity across the business, and leading/applying lean manufacturing ideologies to real-world issues.
