I took the lead in this process by creating all the code and communicating with various stakeholders through the entire work cycle till completion. Performance data website content manager - Create weekly updates to the website by managing all performance data content on the DOL website. Policy analysis and development - Involved in tasks to measure policy effectiveness in the WIOA program from DOL Tableau dashboards to solve problems - Created over 20 dashboards used at stakeholder meetings, website, problem investigation and our annual convenings in DC State Performance Adjustment Data Modeling - Used Python and R to create a data model that measures all of the states\' data to an adjusted one used for analysis
