   Contract consulting for H2C who\'s mission is to safely remove, treat, and dispose 250 million gallons of nuclear waste. Currently conducting the entire ADDIE method for their Department of Energy Order 426.2 (DOE O 426.2) required training content. Full application of the Structured Approach to Training (SAT) under DOE HDBK 1078-94. This project also includes a full rebuild of H2C\'s Vision Learning Management System upon which I developed a technique to import data en masse into Vision - up to 1,700 items at once.Key Accomplishments- Job Task Analysis that included: o A review of 613 procedures o Development of 3,373 task statements- Vision rebuild with the following: o Import of 3,373 Task nodes/components o Cross reference of all Tasks to their procedures o Import of 1,318 procedures o 6,700 document links
