I\'m a partner in a large international law firm representing U.S. and non-U.S. clients in complex litigation (jury and non-jury trials and appeals), international and domestic arbitration, and government regulatory and administrative proceedings. My cases involve high value legal disputes in the areas of domestic and international commercial contracts, major infrastructure, engineering, and construction projects, corporate, international investment, and financial services disputes, commercial real estate development, business tort claims (fraud, libel, tortious interference, breach of fiduciary duty, false and deceptive advertising, etc.), and many other areas of U.S. and international law. Currently I serve as a Vice-Chair of the International Litigation Committee of the American Bar Association\'s International Law Section, and am a member of the New York, Massachusetts and Washington, D.C. bars. I have represented publicly-traded and closely held corporations and partnerships, major banks and financial institutions, government authorities and agencies, and private organizations and individuals in jury and non-jury trials, international arbitrations, preliminary injunction and discovery proceedings, class actions, administrative proceedings and appeals throughout the U.S. and abroad.
