I have a broad understanding of retail banking services and loyalty. I have a specialist knowledge of credit/debit card fraud detection and management. I have dipped my toes in the world of securitization. Using predictive technologies as part of a business solution has been a recurring theme in the projects that mean the most to me. From expert systems that try to maximize banking relationships to neural networks used in realtime credit card fraud detection solutions, I embrace the principles that the interactions within our customer data will drive your success.
