Member of the Senior Leadership Team for the industry sector contributing to the business strategy, sales and achievement and optimization of revenue growth, cash flow and operating profit and driving new project revenue opportunities. Managing across the entire \"Farm to Fork\" delivery process: Deal Assurance New customer requests and solutions Transition of deal to project delivery Utilising the appropriate development and project delivery method (eg waterfall, Agile, SaFE) Revenue, Cost and margin management Assuring compliance to governance standards, project plan of record time, cost, quality and performance Portfolio Reporting to internal and customer stakeholders Gathering and acting on client satisfaction and feedback and developing improvement plans Optimisation of delivery costs and efficiency Ensuring client satisfaction through delivery (keeping our promises, doing what we say we\'ll do)
