Managing 2 major strategic programmes of work for PRS for Music. One strand is leading a small team to run a discovery phase around building out a new digital commercial service. Whilst the 2nd strand is project managing a major round of contract re-negotiations acrossa no. of contracts with a key supplier. For both programmes of work I have been working with and reporting directly into the Executive leadership team at PRS, and key elements of the role have included.• Managing a team of business analysts to do in-depth analysis of core processes, to drive a series of asks for contract negotiations• Working with and leading teams across the business to drive through business change• Drawing up business cases and benefit mapping to help the business decide on the value opportunities and prioritise decisions• Working with technical, and business teams to map out possible product opportunities and leading pilots to aid in discovery and decision making• Working up forecasts and budgets for these major strands of work
