He has prepared the clients and their families for what’s to come. He has prepared his team for the expansion. His 30 years of management experience has prepared him for the new role of Residential Division Director. Once The Village is completely opened and all clients have moved him, the Residential Division will have 100 clients, 181 staff and a $6.7 million annual budget.
