Responsible for the daily operation, proficiency testing, weekly/monthly maintenance of analyzers including:Special ChemistryAbbott ARCHITECT (Hepatitis, HIV, Tacrolimus), Siemens Immulite XPi (Thyroglobulin Antibodies), TOSOH AIA (Tumor Marker CA 27.29), Optilite® Analyzer (Monoclonal Gammopathies, Immunoglobulins, Renal Function, Complement Assays).MicrobiologyBruker MALDI-TOF Mass Spectrometry analyzer for bacteriology identification.ImmunologyDiasorin Liaison XLAutomated chemiluminescence analyzer. SARS-CoV-2 S1/S2 IgG, Vitamin D 125, Borrelia burgdorferi, Treponema, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, EBV, Cytomegalovirus, Toxoplasmosis. Dynex DSX Automated ELISAAutomated ELISA platform. Anti-SARS-CoV-2 IgA and IgG, Hepatitis Antigen(Ag) and antibody(Ab), Parvovirus IgM and IgG, Mycoplasma Pneumoniae antibody IgM and IgG, H.pylori, B.burgdorferi, Anti-Cardiolipins and β2-glycoprotein. Useful in diagnosing systemic rheumatoid diseases, qualitative screening of antinuclear antibodies (ANA), quantitative detection of antibody to dsDNA and semi-quantitative detection of individual antibodies (to chromatin, ribosomal-P protein, SS-A, SS-B, Sm, Sm/RNP, RNP, Scl-70, Jo-1, and centromere B) in human serum and/or EDTA or heparinized plasma. The ANA Screen detects the presence of clinically relevant circulating autoantibodies. EBV IgM (Infectious Mononucleosis and EBV VCA IgM).
