Zero back orders during the 2020 period. 100% completion for the 6-9months target inventory for critical codes. • Supported the manufacturing of skin, medical, and private label sub-assemblies and finished goods through the translation of forecasts and planned orders into a Master Production Schedule to meet customer demand and delivery goals. • Primary contact and liason between top management, production, quality control, purchasing, logistics and sales to coordinate all material and information requirements needed to optimize production efficiency while meeting agreed stock and service level targets. • Proactively manage the supply chain from production to end customer for SKUs constituting $150Million on revenues. • Tracked the status of work in progress, reschedules and/or interfaces with corporate planning, manufacturing and procurement to align on weekly/monthly schedule. • Foreseen and escalated potential scheduling interruptions or constraints (i.e. resources, capacity, demand surges, component shortages, emergency maintenance, etc.) and worked closely with the manufacturing team to minimize impact to the production schedule. • Expedited production orders that are needed in less than the normal lead time to improve the shortfall between the current plan and the requirements to meet or exceed the customer expectations. • Receives and reviews sales orders against current requirements and work in progress using the material requirement planning report. • Track Non-Conformances, monitor impact on product availability and work closely with Quality Assurance (QA) to prioritize NCs. • Maintain MRP operating data.
