ABOUT ROBERT RICHTER
Robert is a real estate executive with over two decades of leadership in industrial development and investment throughout the United States and Latin America. Over the course of his career, he has overseen the development of more than 10 million square feet of industrial and commercial assets, with proven expertise in site selection, capital structuring, leasing strategy, and both speculative and build-to-suit execution.Before joining Becknell Industrial, Richter served as Founder & CEO of Imminent Ventures | Development, directing large-scale industrial projects across Florida. He held senior leadership roles as Director at McCraney Property Company, where he led operations in Central and North Florida, and as a Vice President at Flagler, a subsidiary of Fortress Investment Group (NYSE: FIG), where he spearheaded statewide expansion initiatives. Previously, Richter co-founded NAI Panama, scaling it into one of the largest commercial real estate platforms in the the Republic of Panama, with successful exits in brokerage, construction and property management.He earned a BA with Honors from Wake Forest University, where he was a varsity football letterman, and a MBA in Finance from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. He is fluent in both English and Spanish.
