Managed the Financial Management Workforce Health Index (FM WHI) Metrics use case from planning through implementation for the Office of the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense Controller Office OUSD(C). Developed an Agile based work plan and story board and then directed the work of a three-member development team to build out over 20 individual metrics in 14 training and workforce health categories. Recovered the FM WHI product from an in trouble (Red) condition by utilizing a value driven methodology focusing on acquiring key data. Then focused the development team on building prototypes to get metric products demonstrated to customers. Delivered products on time even with expanded unplanned capabilities.
