   As an Automation Global Product Architect for the IBM Verify identity platform, I lead the strategy and implementation of automation frameworks that streamline deployment, integration, and operations across the IBM Verify Identity stack and related technologies such as HashiCorp Vault. My work centers on accelerating customer time‑to‑value by delivering consistent, scalable solution architectures that strengthen security, improve resilience, and simplify adoption in complex enterprise environments.I partner closely with technical pre‑sales teams, product engineering, and global field practitioners to create a seamless experience during customer engagements while aligning on solution design, strategic opportunities, and best practices that drive meaningful outcomes. This includes developing standardized automation patterns, reusable deployment artifacts, and proven reference architectures spanning IAM, secrets management, and identity governance.A key part of my mission is enabling our worldwide Verify and identity-focused technical community. I build and maintain a unified technical skills matrix, deliver targeted hands‑on enablement, and foster collaboration across regions to elevate solution quality and drive continuous innovation. By leveraging insights from field engagements, I help shape product evolution and guide our global technical strategy.
