Having completed my Certificate in Recruitment Practice (CertRP), I was promoted to the position of Recruitment Consultant working within the Falkirk branch, responsible for the recruitment of Blue Collar labour.Duties include- Sourcing high quality, vetted, candidates for contract and permanent positions - Working closely with varied clients to fulfil their recruitment needs- Weekly site visits to discuss recruitment needs with our respective clients- Updating of client and candidate information on our database I represent a number of large clients that operate all across the UK as well as opportunities internationally.
