About Robert Francavilla
I am a trial attorney, and a partner with CaseyGerry, San Diego’s oldest plaintiffs law firm. Practice areas include serious personal injury, wrongful death, products and premises liability, serious head injury/brain trauma, automobile products liability and highway design issues. I have litigated some of San Diego’s most high profile cases, achieving millions of dollars in recent verdicts and settlements, including a $5.4 million verdict against the United States Government in favor of motorcyclist John B. Hendrickson, whose severe injuries due to a serious collision with an on-duty U.S. Border Patrol agent resulted in a leg amputation. Additional, I currently serve on the Plaintiffs Steering Committee which is overseeing national MDL litigation against the National Football League (NFL).
