My career has been dedicated to helping businesses and organizations achieve success by delivering innovative financial solutions and strategic insights.Previously, I served as Senior Vice President at a regional investment banking firm, focusing on business sales, mergers & acquisitions, and corporate advisory services. I’ve also held leadership roles as CFO and CAO at Triose, Inc, where I played a key role in the company’s successful acquisition by Cencora (formerly AmerisourceBergen) in 2021. Earlier in my career, I spent over 15 years as a Partner at a regional public accounting firm, leading the Audit and Accounting group, overseeing compliance, team education, and client engagement performance.In addition to my professional work, I’m committed to community service and have served on boards for organizations such as United Way of Berks County, Penn State Health St. Joseph Hospital, and Helping Harvest. I’ve also held leadership roles as President of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Chairman of the Board of the Greater Reading Chamber of Commerce.I earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Penn State University and hold certifications as a CPA and CGMA. I stay active in the profession by pursuing ongoing education and staying ahead of industry trends.Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, visiting the beach, and spending time with my family.
