Leading policy development and delivery of key workstreams driving the transformation of outpatient and elective care pathways, both in support of NHS Long Term Plan ambitions and as part of the NHS response to the COVID-19 pandemic, including:> Leading the implementation of a portfolio of national interventions including Advice & Guidance, and First Contact Practitioners (MSK), strengthening the interface between primary and secondary care and supporting integration of elective pathways, overseeing design, planning and implementation of responsive national support offers to support delivery and secure the benefits of these workstreams;> Supporting restoration and recovery of elective services as part of the NHS response to COVID-19, overseeing the co-ordination of the national recovery of surgical activity, working directly with front line colleagues, clinical SMEs and system leaders to support the design of an \"Adopt & Adapt\" blueprint for the recovery of surgical activity, and facilitating the translation of this blueprint across regions and system footprints across England;> Clinical policy development for elements of the elective and outpatient policy areas, co-ordinating engagement with clinical leaders and other key stakeholders to design and develop clinical policy, including clinical review of elective standards (CRS (elective)) and guidance for enhanced perioperative care;
