ABOUT ROBERT ESCLAPEZ GARCÍA

I\'m a Software Engineer with moret than 5 years of experience. I have devoted the last 3 years to focus my career in C++ development, more specifically in product development using state of the art compiler technology.Currently, I work at Codee in the development of some funny funky performance driven static code analysis which I encourage anyone interested to have a look into it. My main responsibilities are discussing and validating system design ideas, code writing with its respective tests and best practices/code deep reviews.I have experience using C/C++, CMake, Python, Docker, Jenkins, OpenMP, TDD, CI/CD, GTests, Git, GDB. In terms of more specific technologies I have experience with Clang, Flang and LLVM as libraries. Above all three mentioned, I am more comfortable with LLVM with previous works such as: instruction extensions, CFG reduction algorithms, developing IR passes, IR rewriting or a small language and compiler I designed using LLVM, Bison and Flex called Quark. I another note, I have experience doing performance analysis using perf, hypertune and even Valgrind for profiling or diagnostics. Right now I am creating a new programming language and compiler with the solely purpose of learning MLIR.
