Utilized waterfall methodology. • Collaborate with client team in the generation of innovative ideas and problem solving by cultivating a strong project team. • Create appropriate change orders when solutions are outside of contractual scope of work in order to maintain budget and schedule. • Lead EPC projects guiding teams of designers, engineers, buyers, and quality control personnel through the project life cycle ensuring on-time delivery. • Analyze, prepare, and present monthly profit and loss reports allowing senior management to make executive decisions.
