I am a technical manager with direct and relevant experience leading cross functional programs with engineering partners at some of the largest and most well respected technology companies in the world. I have a strong interest in endpoints and devices, with hands-on experience developing and deploying hardware and software security solutions, developing endpoint management agents, and implementing comprehensive fleet monitoring systems.My tenure at Uber, where I managed over 90 projects, which made up large cross functional efforts / programs, per year, and at AWS, where I had a scope of endpoints, have honed my ability to identify and connect relevant teams and stakeholders with the right decision makers, ensuring alignment between business objectives and program outcomes. I employ a proactive approach to guarantee that critical programs are effectively resourced, meticulously planned, consistently measured, and come with regular reporting on progress. I apply a broad definition toward measuring and supporting engineer morale, and vigorously protect their ability to work effectively.
