ABOUT ROBERT DINSEY
I lead product at Grapevine, a travel tech start-up which partners with travel management companies (TMCs) to increase their hotel attachment rates and ancillary products through intelligent retargeting of existing travellers. We combine our deep understanding of the customer with our AI recommendation engine, Marvin in order to provide business travellers access to products and services they want at the right time and through the right channel. TMCs which partner with Grapevine make travelling smoother for the traveller and improve duty of care, policy compliance and traveller satisfaction for their corporate customers.
