ABOUT ROBERT DE GUZMAN
I’m a Partner at Dentons Canada, the Co-Leader of the national Banking and Finance group, and a member of the Dentons Canada Region Board. Additionally, I co-lead Dentons’ Corporate, Banking and Finance and Real Estate groups in Edmonton. My practice includes a focus on both financing and general corporate/commercial matters, assisting both lenders and borrowers with financing transactions that allow businesses to obtain funds necessary to meet their goals and objectives. I have a particular interest in supporting companies that service Northern Alberta’s rich resource-based industries and contribute to building healthy and sustainable local communities, striking a balance between the global and local development of business in Alberta.I strive to provide practical solutions and advice.
