During late 2023, moved from Trading Operations to Scheduling Operations with a commercial and analytical function. Where Harbour is the JV Operator, responsible for safely scheduling offshore and onshore offtake operations (i.e, programming), requiring a working understanding of production and collaboration with many technical departments such as engineering and subsurface.Scheduling work incudes synthesising technical production reports and other asset data to critically analyse potential scenarios; designed lifting programmes in line with commercial JV arrangements whilst protecting the assets interests during maintenance periods and other work-scopes.Developed a novel Bill of Lading Endorsement process to facilitate new marketing initiatives.Leveraged advanced Excel functionality such as PowerQuery to expand on automation concepts developed in Shell to automatically harvest data in Excel and PDF, saving hours and improving accuracy of internal reporting.
