Worked in Information Systems Technology since 1979; initially with Standard Oil Co- Chicago, Illinois. Managed, planned, installation and on-going support of various systems. Website design, E-commerce solutions, trained and development internal network structure, selected new product solutions such as a company-wide CRM solution for over customers. Performed end-user support of various products, created and maintained our company support system for all offices, developed entire closed loop tracking and automated emailing and follow up.
