This includes the review and replenishment of systems and processes that underpin the main activities of the business and align with our core values. I ensure the quality of thinking and delivery of IT systems and processes across the entire business from conception to delivery. I am able to influence at all levels and thrive on the challenge of solving impossible problems.I enjoy driving meaningful change and innovation while bringing people along the journey with me. I\'m always keen to take ownership and accountability and enjoy working under pressure, within budget and to deadlines with excellent organisational skills.
