An experienced professional in the mortgage sector, I know first-hand that customer satisfaction, and a collaborative environment, are critical to success in an increasingly competitive marketplace. Lenders need to adapt to changing customer expectations, borrower trends, and new technology. With my extensive network of contacts in the industry, and experience with what it takes to grow market share profitably, I assist my clients with what they need to stay ahead.Prior to launching Boatman Partners, I served as VP Regional Manager, SVP and Division President for both public and privately held mortgage banks, with oversight for the California Region. I also held the position of National Builder Manager. During my career, I had responsibility for creating and executing sales strategies, recruiting, coaching, retention and training for companies such as Guild Mortgage, Countrywide Home Loans, and Lennar’s UAMC.My clients in the financial services, and mortgage industry, regard me as a student of the business! I am constantly looking at ways to add more value to my client base. I have the ability to create strong, productive business partnerships and to drive high performance. Because of my success in out-performing corporate production goals, I can assist my clients with the needed resources for developing and managing to their business plans, while staying aligned with the companies mission statements and profitability goals. I am a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). An avid outdoorsman, I love snow skiing, water sports and fly fishing.
