   I lead the operational accounting function through a period of rapid growth, systems transformation, and organizational integration. My responsibilities include overseeing the design and implementation of a SOX-compliant internal control environment while simultaneously collaborating and directing the enterprise-wide implementation of a new ERP platform.Over a 12-month period, I supported the integration of a company-defining merger and three acquisitions, aligning disparate accounting systems, policies, and processes into a unified operating model. This work required close coordination across accounting, IT, operations, commercial, and executive leadership to ensure continuity of financial reporting, accuracy of close processes, and scalability of controls.In parallel, I built and developed a high-performing accounting organization, establishing clear ownership models, strengthening review and approval workflows, and modernizing month-end close and reporting processes. I have emphasized the use of agentic AI and automation to reduce manual effort, improve data integrity, and accelerate insight, deploying AI-enabled tools to support reconciliations, variance analysis, documentation, and process standardization.Collectively, this work has positioned Iron Oak with a scalable finance and accounting infrastructure capable of supporting continued growth, enhanced governance, and more efficient, insight-driven decision-making.
