As an experienced professional in bid management and contract administration, I bring a wealth of expertise in overseeing the entire bid process from pre-qualification to contract close-out. With 7 years of experience in Supply Chain Management within the construction and shipyard fields, I have developed strong skills in managing the pre-qualification and selection of bidders, preparing and issuing comprehensive invitation to bid documents, and maintaining the integrity of the bid process through meticulous supervision and coordination.I excel in conducting bid openings, managing bid clarification meetings, and coordinating both technical and commercial evaluations. My ability to negotiate effectively and manage recommendations for award ensures that the best outcomes are achieved for all parties involved. Additionally, I am adept at reviewing contract terms and conditions, recommending special terms as needed, and preparing and issuing contracts for execution.Post-award, I am proficient in contract administration, including change management, payment milestones, material availability, contractor progress meetings, and close-outs.
