ABOUT ROBERTA SERRA
I am passionate about the strategic changes brought by cyber-security developments. As a Risk Analyst within BPER\'s ICT & Cyber Risk unit, I am tasked with assessing and reporting on IT security risks in IT projects and assets. Moreover, I coordinate the reperforming of risk assesments after major incidents and the development and monitoring of Key Risk Indicators. In my previous experience, I furthermore gained experience in Cybersecurity Governance, Privacy Risk Assessment, Security Audits, GDPR, and Segregation of Duties assessments. I like working in multidisciplinary teams that can tackle problems from different angles. I am eager to improve myself and like to set high quality thresholds for my work. I am proficient in English and Italian (mother tongue), with basic French and Spanish. I like new challenges and being creative in solving problems.I strongly believe in digitization, innovation and sustainability.
