20 years of experience in Experience Design, User Research and Digital Strategy for government services and digital products.As a digital humanist, I focus on improving public services through better interaction between people and digital artefacts. I am passionate about making a real difference through design that meets user needs and creates innovative, impactful solutions.In my work, I prioritize understanding users\' instincts and behaviors to design clean, simple solutions that consider real people and technical constraints. My approach blends creativity with practicality, always keeping the user at the center.I am currently deeply immersed in generative AI and its potential to expand creativity and productivity, particularly in the context of design, exploring how these emerging technologies can enhance both personal and professional workflows.
