ABOUT ROBERTA PELLIZZOLI
I’m a senior development and humanitarian professional with 15+ years of experience working across gender, agricultural and rural development, protection and social inclusion. At Helpcode, I lead the Mozambique programme - overseeing strategy, business development, donor relations, and providing technical support in both development and crisis-affected settings. I also serve as Senior Consultant in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion with Scio Network, where I develop and support intersectional projects that link DEI with MEAL, private sector development, and agriculture. I’m especially interested in integrated, multistakeholder approaches that lead to concrete and inclusive solutions to complex, layered challenges at the intersection of humanitarian response and long-term development.
