I work with civil plaintiff law firms to simplify medical record retrieval through YoCierge.Most of my career has been spent in relationship-driven roles inside the plaintiff legal industry, where consistency, follow-through, and trust matter more than big promises. I’m especially interested in systems—how they scale, where they break, and how small improvements compound over time.Before my current role, I spent more than a decade working closely with trial lawyers and legal service providers around business development, sponsorships, and long-term partnerships. I’ve also taken a non-linear path that includes years in hospitality, which taught me how to manage complexity, stay calm under pressure, and deliver when things get busy.I value practical solutions, clear communication, and work that actually moves cases forward.
