ABOUT ROBERTA GLICK

r••••••••@jcfs.org Experienced and enthusiastic Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) working in career counseling. Expertise includes working with students and adults ages 18 – 92 with wide-ranging backgrounds and passions. My goal is to help clients move forward in the direction that is best suited to them based on their aspirations, interests, skills, abilities, and education. I help them determine their strengths and skills, what it is they love to do and to develop life and job search strategies that will successfully result in a sense of confidence and high self-esteem. We work on creating solid relationships that will empower them in their desire to succeed. One of the areas that most of us fall short is in our ability to nurture relationships in the world of business. Somehow this seems much more difficult than maintaining our social relationships, yet it is much the same. Watching my clients begin to achieve success in this area and be able to move forward is extremely rewarding. I am passionate about what I do and bring a high level of enthusiasm to my work and to my clients. Moving them ahead and motivating them is always a priority.
