I am a people centric executive leader known for building strategic plans and achieving business objectives. I bring a deep knowledge of Finance, Accounting, Sales, Operations, Customer Service and Business Process development to manage financial and operational targets, and eliminate non-value-added activities to support proficient processes and improve on profitability. Taught me to listen, be curious, and lead with heart; creating plans and goals that are purposeful, agile, and forward thinking. I have built credibility by developing and executing on meaningful projects to further enhance organizational growth and community capabilities. Negotiated a 40-year lease agreement between the Regina Exhibition Association Limited (REAL) and the City of Regina establishing a long-term commitment to REAL Set REAL on a sustainable fiscal plan to reduce the city funding ask by 50% year-over-year. Secured funding to protect the viability of REAL during COVID shutdown in an industry that relies on guest attendance. Improved cash flow, increased accounts receivable performance and decreased operating costs by creating a centralized North American Shared Services Launched and expanded the City of Regina Recycling program – supporting a greener world.
